Flow-Tech HVAC Water Treatment Systems
The objective in water treatment for cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers and evaporative condensers is to protect the equipment from corrosion, control bacteria growth, eliminate scale on heat transfer surfaces and piping, prevent biofilm, control algae growth and control the accumulation of dirt and debris in the system.
Over the years, almost every component of these systems have evolved – cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers, evaporative condensers – all have become more energy and water efficient. And yet in the face of such technological advances, the single most important process associated with the longevity and efficient operation of water-cooled systems – water treatment – has remained mired in the hazardous chemicals of the past — until now.
The Flow-Tech HVAC Chemical-Free Water Treatment System
Flow-Tech’s proprietary method of treating all your water not only allows for superior cooling water treatment, it avoids costly and invasive alternatives such as coil-based devices. The technology allows for a simple installation for both open loop and closed circuit systems. The Flow-Tech HVAC Water Systems technology:
- Eliminates the formation of calcite scale,
- Eliminate biofilm
- Control algae
- Inhibit corrosion
- Reduces Energy Costs
- Eliminates the need to add hazardous & expensive chemicals
- Saves water
- Enables re-use of blow-down water
Water Treatment Solutions
Cooling Towers, Chillers, Heat Exchangers & Evaporative Condensers
Conservation Solutions’ Water Treatment Division operates with the slogan “Expect Superior Water Treatment”, and that phrase represents our sole objective in serving our customers. With the Flow-Tech HVAC Water Treatment Technology as the centerpiece of our water treatment products and services, we are literally changing the way that facilities view water treatment. In some cases we team with our partners to address specific water conditions with non-hazardous chemicals to ensure protection of the cooling system equipment. In most cases, the Flow-Tech Water Systems technology handles all the water treatment requirements without chemicals.
Hard Water? – Reduced Water Flow & Lost Energy
Applications:
- Chillers
- Cooling Towers, Evaporative Condenser
- Domestic Hot Water Heaters
- Heat Exchangers
- Process Applications
- Eliminate or Reduce the On-Going Cost of Water Softeners
Unlike other chemical and physical water treatment systems on the market, Flow-Tech Systems invents a proprietary method to treat all water throughout the plumbing system, whether it is flowing or not. The system generates a weak AC current, which is conducted into the water loop header and throughout the piping network. This creates homogeneous calcium seed crystals that remain in suspension. These seed crystals that are suspended will eventually settle out or pass through the system without sticking to the heated surfaces.
Flow-Tech’s Low Cost Installation is Easy as 1 – 2 – 3
- Simply wraps around the existing condenser water or chilled water piping, water supply piping, hot water heater supply piping, heat exchanger supply piping or process equipment supply piping – connects to control panel and plugs in – your done!
- If you aren’t happy with the results in 90 days we will remove the unit with a money back guarantee.
- No need to cut pipe or shut down the equipment to get started.
