Technical Sales Opportunity
Conservation Solutions Corporation (CSC) is 13-year old energy and water efficiency sales and service driven company. We have a strong commitment to helping our environment, while at the same time helping our customers to save money and solve problems. We serve the Northeast region where occasional travel (10% or less) may be required. We serve the following markets in schools, universities, hospitals, institutional and industrial facilities.
We are currently in growth mode and are looking for the right candidate(s) to join our successful sales team. You must be willing to be held accountable to sales behaviors and goals and be willing to consistently get out of your comfort zone. You must have a proven track record:

  • Optimizing referral networks
  • Cold Calling to prospects
  • Both personal & professional goal setting
  • Selling directly to the end user
  • Earned and expects to earn a minimum of $75,000 per year in a mostly commission environment
  • Meeting or exceeding company/personal quotas
  • Building a referral based business
  • Working independently
  • Identifying and selling to decision makers
  • Thinking outside the box to solve problems
  • Keeping commitments

You will be expected to:

  • Consistently hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, trade shows, trade journals, existing customer contacts and referrals.
  • Consistently close deals ranging from $10,000 - $100,000.
  • Live up to commitments made to customers, prospects and co-workers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and plan your days and weeks accordingly.
  • Track your sales behaviors and results.

CSC is seeking experienced sales professionals who know they can deliver. We are expecting results in the short-term. This is not a place for you if you have no experience in consultative sales at the decision-maker level, nor if you expect a 6-month warm-up period. CSC will invest in you to participate in an on-going sales development and coaching program.
